This course offers thoughtfully crafted neurosensory exercises that are simple, enjoyable, yet deeply transformative. Rooted in the principles of neuroplasticity and somatic work, enriched by music, it empowers you to transition from being a reactor to becoming an intentional creator— the Mindful Conductor. My goal and intention are to make your voice a grounding force and an anchor to safety. Each exercise is a reflection of my personal journey, shaped by the experiences and challenges I've navigated. They incorporate my own original music—creations that helped me survive and find my way through chaos. I’ve also integrated energy center (chakras) practices, that combines words, sound, visualizations, and the principles of neuroplasticity. This process has given each exercise a unique essence, rooted in the authenticity of my own experiences. Over the years, I’ve coached singers and others using NLP and neuroplasticity approaches, which naturally became a foundation of my course. This course is for those: * Healing from trauma, chronic symptoms, or overwhelm. * Seeking to reconnect with their body and authentic self. * Navigating depersonalization, dissociation, sensitivity, isolation, or overthinking. * Looking for balance, confidence, and self-trust.
